Lecturer – 2005-Present

·        11 hours of classroom teaching per week – classes as large as 140 students

Director of Music Ministries – 2004-Present

·        Responsible for developing, preparing and managing all musical elements of up to three diverse worship services each Sunday. (Currently two contrasting styles of worship are used.)

·        Manage and supervise music staff (accompanist and praise band leader)

·        Collaborate with Senior Pastor, worship planning team and lay leaders on  worship planning

·        Develop weekly rehearsals and performances for variety of musical groups including choirs, handbell choirs, and contemporary praise bands.

·        Develop and provide weekly private lessons, group lessons and theory instruction  for 30+ students ages 5-85

      Since 1998, over 100 professional and non professional solo classical guitar performances throughout America and Japan.
